ေလာကဓံတရားဆိုတာ ျပည့္၀တာနဲ႕မျပည့္၀တာ လံုေလာက္တာနဲ႕မလံုေလာက္တာ ေကာင္းတာနဲ႕ဆိုးတာ စတဲ့ ေက်ာခ်င္းကပ္ေနတဲ့ သဘာ၀တရားေတြပါဘဲ။ လူဆိုတာတေန႕ေတာ့ လံုေလာက္ပါၿပီ လို႕ေက်နပ္ေန ႏိုင္တဲ့ ေန႕တေန႕ျဖစ္လာမွာပါဘဲ။ အရာအားလံုးက ျပည့္စံုတယ္ ဆိုတာ မရွိႏိုင္ပါဘူး။ လူအားလံုးကို လူကလူကို လူလိုျမင္တဲ့ စာနာတတ္တဲ့ လူ႕စရိုက္တခုကိုဘဲ ေက်နပ္က်င့္သံုးခ်င္ပါတယ္။ ကိုယ္ဘယ္လုိဘဲ ေကာင္းေနေန ကိုယ္ဘယ္လိုဘဲဆိုးေနပါေစ သံသရာဆိုတာ တပတ္ျပန္လည္မွာပါဘဲ။ သို႕ေပမယ့္ အခ်ိန္ကာလဆိုတဲ့ ျဖတ္သန္းမႈကိုသာ ခံႏိုင္ရည္ရွိဖို႕လိုမွာပါ။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ ဒီေန႕ေတြကိုဘဲ အေကာင္းဆံုး ဆက္ဆံ တယ္ ဒီေန႕ေတြကိုဘဲ အေကာင္းဆံုးေမွ်ာ္လင့္တယ္။ လက္ရွိအခ်ိန္ေကာင္းရင္ ေနာင္သံသရာေရာ ၿပီးခဲ့မယ့္ အတိတ္ဆိုတာေတြကို လွပေအာင္ ပ်ိဳးေထာင္ႏိုင္မွာပါ။

အထက္ပါအေၾကာင္းအရာေတြဟာ ကၽြန္ေတာ့္ သေဘာနဲ႕ေျပာတာမဟုတ္ဘဲ ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္ပိုင္သတင္းစာမ်ားမွ ထုတ္ျပန္ထားတဲ့ သတင္းအခ်က္အလက္ေတြကို ကိုးကားၿပီးေဖာ္ျပထားတာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ဒီေတာ့ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႕ ၂၀၀၈ ခုႏွစ္အေျခခံဥပေဒကို သေဘာတူလက္ခံ ခဲ့ၾကတယ္ဆိုရင္ လာမည့္ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲကို လက္ခံရမွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ဒီလို ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲကိုလက္ခံရင္ သတ္မွတ္ထားတဲ့ ဥပေဒ ေတြကိုလဲေလးစားလိုက္နာရမွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ဘယ္သို႕ပင္ျဖစ္ပါေစ ႏိုင္ငံသားတေယာက္ရဲ႕တာ၀န္အရ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႕ဟာ မိမိတို႕ တာ၀န္ကိုေက်ပြန္ေအာင္ ထမ္းေဆာင္ရမွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ေရြးေကာက္ ပြဲ အႀကိဳကာလမွာ ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္ရဲ႕စတုတၳမ႑ိဳင္ျဖစ္တဲ့ မီဒီယာ ဟာ အေရးပါတဲ့ အေျခအေနမွာရွိပါတယ္။ ဒါကိုလဲ ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္သတင္းစာေတြမွာ မၾကာခဏေဖာ္ျပတာကိုေတြ႕ပါတယ္။ သတင္းသမားေတြ အေနနဲ႕ ဘက္လိုက္မႈမရွိဘဲ ျပည္သူလူထု သိသင့္သိထိုက္တဲ့သတင္း၊ သိဖို႕လိုအပ္တဲ့ သတင္းေတြကို တင္ျပရမွာျဖစ္သလို တင္ျပခြင့္လဲရရွိမွျဖစ္ပါမယ္။

ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႕ ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္သစ္ရဲ႕ အနာဂတ္ကို ဦးေဆာင္မယ့္သူေတြအေၾကာင္းသိသင့္ပါတယ္။ လြႊတ္ေတာ္ကိုယ္စားလွယ္အျဖစ္၀င္ေရာက္ယွဥ္ၿပိဳင္သူမ်ားရဲ႕ စာရိတၱကိုထင္ဟတ္မယ့္ သူ႕ရဲ႕ေနာက္ေၾကာင္းရာဇ၀င္ ကို သိသင့္ပါတယ္။ ၀င္ေရာက္ယွဥ္ၿပိဳင္မယ့္ ပါတီေတြရဲ႕ အေၾကာင္းနဲ႕ ပါတီေခါင္းေဆာင္ေတြအေၾကာင္း၊ သူတို႕ရဲ႕ႏိုင္ငံေရးရည္မွန္းခ်က္နဲ႕ အနာဂတ္အစီအစဥ္စတာ ေတြကို ျပည္သူလူထုက က်ယ္ က်ယ္ျပန္႕ျပန္႕သိဖို႕လိုပါတယ္။ ဒါမွသာ ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္ကို ဦးေဆာင္မည့္ သူေတြကို ျပည္သူလူထုက အမွန္ကန္ဆံုးေရြးခ်ယ္ဖို႕ ဆံုးျဖတ္ရာမွာ ခ်ိန္ဆႏိုင္မွာဘဲျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

အေျခခံဥပေဒဆိုတာ တည္ၿငိမ္တဲ့ အစိုးရအဖြဲ႕ျဖစ္လာဖို႕ ႏိုင္ငံသားေတြရဲ႕ အခြင့္အေရးနဲ႕ ျပည္ေထာင္စုကို ကာကြယ္ဖို႕ မရွိမျဖစ္လိုအပ္တဲ့ ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္ရဲ႕ အရင္းအျမစ္ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ဘယ္ေလာက္ ေကာင္းတဲ့ အေျခခံဥပေဒျဖစ္ပါေစ၊ က်င့္သံုးတဲ့ သူေတြရဲ႕ ေဆာင္ရြက္မႈသည္က ဒီဥပေဒရဲ႕ အႏွစ္သာရကို ေဖာ္ေဆာင္ေပးမွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ႏိုင္ငံတခုနဲ႕တခုရဲ႕ အေျခခံဥပေဒေတြဟာ လံုး၀မတူညီ ႏိုင္ပါဘူး။ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႕ ၾကားဖူးပါတယ္။ “လူေတြက သူတို႕နဲ႕ထိုက္တန္တဲ့ အစိုးရကို အၿမဲရရွိၾကတယ္” ဆိုတဲ့ စကားပါ။ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႕ အတြက္ ထိုက္တန္မႈတခု၊ သေဘာက တန္ဖိုးပါ။ ဒီမိုကေရ စီ ဆိုတဲ့ စကားလံုးသက္သက္ဟာ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႕ကို ဘယ္လိုအခြင့္အလမ္းမွ မေပးႏိုင္ဘူးဆိုတာလဲကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႕ သိၾကပါတယ္။ ဒီမိုကေရစီဆိုတာ က်င့္သံုးသူေတြအတြက္သာ ထိုက္သင့္တဲ့ ရသင့္တဲ့ အက်ိဳးခံစားခြင့္ရွိတဲ့အရာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ဒီမိုကေရစီႏိုင္ငံေတာ္သစ္အတြက္ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႕ေတြဟာ ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲဆိုတာကို ေရွာင္လြဲဖို႕ မလိုအပ္ပါဘူး။ ဒီေတာ့ တန္ဖိုးရွိေအာင္ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႕ လုပ္ သင့္ တာက တန္ဖိုးထားတတ္ဖို႕ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲ မွာ မဲေပးရမယ့္ သူစာရင္းေတြလဲ ထုတ္ျပန္ၿပီးပါၿပီး ၊ တကယ္လို႕ ကိုယ္ဆႏၵမဲေပးရမယ့္ ေကာ္မရွင္အဖြဲ႕ရံုးေတြမွာ ကိုယ့္နာမည္ မပါ၀င္ေသးဘူး၊ ဒါမွမဟုတ္ အျခား ေသာေနရာေတြမွာ ကိုယ့္အမည္ ထပ္ေနတယ္ စတဲ့ ကြဲလြဲမႈမ်ား ရွိရင္ အခုလ ၂၆ ရက္ေန႕မတိုင္ခင္ လာေရာက္အေၾကာင္းၾကားႏိုင္တယ္လို႕ ညဘက္ေတြမွာ သက္ဆိုင္ရာ ရက္ကြက္ ေကာ္မရွင္ေတြက လိုက္ၿပီး ေၾက ျငာ  ပါတယ္။ ဒါက ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႕လို တေနကုန္တေနခန္း မအားမလပ္သြားလာေနရတဲ့ သူေတြအတြက္ အေကာင္းဆံုး သတင္းေပးပို႕ခ်က္ ျဖစ္ႏိုင္ပါတယ္။

ကိုယ့္စိတ္ထဲမွာ ျပန္ရွာၾကည့္တယ္။ ေတြေ၀မႈနဲ႕ထမ္းပိုးထားတာေတြကို ခါခ်ဖို႕ႀကိဳးစားၾကည့္တယ္၊ အမွန္ဆိုတာလဲ မရွိဘူး မွားတာဆိုတာလဲ မရွိတဲ့ ပညတ္ေတြ ကိုေရွာင္ရွားလိုက္နဲ႕ လြတ္လပ္တယ္ဆိုတာ ကိုယ့္ ရင္ထဲမွာ လြတ္လပ္မွ တန္ဖိုးရွိမယ္ထင္ပါတယ္။ စိတ္ကိုဖြင့္ၿပီး ငါႏိုးထၾကည့္လိုက္တယ္။ မနက္ဖန္ဟာ ဒီအတိုင္းဘယ္ေတာ့မွလဲမရွိဘူး။ ဒါေပမယ့္ ဒီအတိုင္းေစာင့္ေနမယ့္ အရာေတြေတာ့ရွိတယ္။ အေတာင္ပံ တခ်က္ကို ခတ္မယ္လုပ္ကာမွ ေျခႏွစ္ေခ်ာင္းကို ႀကိဳးတုတ္ထားတယ္။ ငါဟာ ပိုက္ကြန္ ေပၚမွာ ရွိသည့္တိုင္ ပ်ံသန္းဖို႕ဘယ္ေတာ့မွ ႀကိဳးစားမိမယ္မသိေသးဘူး။

ကၽြန္ေတာ္အခု ေသြးတိုးတာေတြ စိပ္လာပါတယ္။ နဂိုက ႏွလံုးေရာဂါရွိေတာ့ ေသြးတိုးက အေနာက္ကလိုက္လာတာေပါ့။ ဒါေပမယ့္ အရင္က အဲဒီေလာက္ မျဖစ္ပါဘူး၊ ေဆးမွီးတိုနဲ႕ဘဲရွင္းလိုက္တာပါ။ ေဆးခန္းလဲ မျပျဖစ္တာ ၾကာပါၿပီ၊ ႏွလံုးအေနအထားျပန္ေကာင္းတယ္ဆိုတာနဲ႕ ႏွလံုးေရာဂါနဲ႕ပတ္သက္တဲ့ေဆးခန္းမျပျဖစ္တာ ၁၀ ႏွစ္ေလာက္ရွိပါၿပီ။ မတည့္ဘူးဆိုတဲ့ အရက္နဲ႕ကြမ္းယာကလဲ မပ်က္မွီ၀ဲေန။ အခုေတာ့ ကၽြန္ေတာ္ထင္တယ္၊ တခုခုကို အလြန္အမင္း စိတ္၀င္စားလုိက္တာနဲ႕ ေခါင္းအရမ္းကိုက္လာတယ္။ သေဘာက ေသြးတိုးလာတာဘဲ။ တိုးလာလိုက္က်သြားလိုက္ အရက္ေသာက္ လိုက္ ဘီယာေသာက္လိုက္နဲ႕ဘဲ ခ်ာလည္ေနတာ အခုေတာ့မရေတာ့ဘူး၊ တခုခုေတာ့ ေသခ်ာ ဂရုစိုက္ၿပီး ကုသမွျဖစ္ေတာ့မယ္ဆိုတာသိလာတယ္။ ဒါေပမယ့္ ကုန္က်စားရိတ္ေတြကို ျပန္တြက္လိုက္တိုင္း ေဆးခန္းနဲ႕ျပန္ေ၀းေ၀းလာတယ္။ ေနာက္တခုက သြားေရာဂါ။ ကၽြန္ေတာ္အၿမဲသြားၾကားထိုးတယ္။ သြားၾကားထိုးတာမ်ားလာေတာ့ သြားနဲ႕သြားဖံုးၾကားက ဟဟ လာတယ္။ အဲဒါ ကအသက္ ၃၀ ေက်ာ္ရင္ ျပန္ၿပီးမကပ္ေတာ့ဘူး။ လြန္ခဲ့တဲ့ ၄ ႏွစ္ေလာက္ကတည္းက ဆရာ၀န္က ကြမ္းျဖတ္ခိုင္းတာ ကၽြန္ေတာ္ နားမေထာင္ဘဲဆက္စားလာတာ အခုအေျခအေနကေတာ္ေတာ္ ဆိုးလာ တယ္။ တလကို တခါေလာက္ေတာ့ သြားေဆးခန္းေျပးေနရတယ္။ တေလာကဆို ေရေတာင္ေသာက္လို႕မရေအာင္သြားေတြက နာက်င္ကိုက္ခဲေနတယ္။ သြားေဆးခန္းကေတာ့ ေ၀းလို႕ မျဖစ္ဘူး ဆိုေပမယ့္ တလကို တခါမနဲေရာက္ေအာင္သြားရတယ္။ သြားေဆးခန္းတခါသြားရင္ ေသာင္းခ်ီကုန္ေတာ့ တခါတေလ နာလဲက်ိတ္မွိတ္ေနလိုက္ပါတယ္။

အိမ္မွာက ေရဖိုးမီးဖိုးစားေရးေသာက္ေရး သြားလာ စားရိတ္နဲ႕အျခားဗာရီယ ေတြေၾကာင့္ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႕မွာ အပို၀င္ေငြမရွိေလေတာ့က်န္းမာေရးမွာ ဂရုမျပဳႏိုင္ဘူး။ ကၽြန္ေတာ့္လိုဘဲ လူငယ္ေတာ္ ေတာ္မ်ားမ်ာလဲ ဒီလို ျဖစ္ေနတာ ကၽြန္ေတာ့္၀န္းက်င္မွာေတြ႕ရတယ္။ သူတို႕ေတြမွာလဲ က်ိတ္ခံစားေနရတဲ့ ေရာဂါအေသးအမႊားေလးေတြရွိတယ္။ ေငြေၾကးေၾကာင့္ ဒါေတြကို ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႕ ေမ့ေလ်ာ့ ေပ း လုိက္ၾကရတယ္။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႕လူမ်ိဳးေတာ္ေတာ္မ်ားမ်ားဟာ သက္တမ္းတိုလာၾကတယ္။ မျဖစ္စေလာက္ေရာဂါေတြနဲ႕ေသၾကရတယ္။ စိတ္ခ်ရမႈမရွိတဲ့ က်န္းမာေရး ကုသမႈေတြကို ေစ်းသက္သာဖို႕ေရြးခ်ယ္ရင္း ကူးစက္ေရာဂါေတြ ပ်ံ႕ႏွံ႕မႈကို ခံစားရတယ္။ ဒီအေၾကာင္းေတြေျပာရင္ ေဒါက္တာဘြဲက်မ္းတခုေလာကို တင္ဖို႕ျဖစ္သြားႏိုင္တယ္။ စားရိတ္မွ်ေပးက်န္းမာေရး လို႕ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႕ေတြရဲ႕ ျပည္သူ႕ေဆးရံုေတြမွာေရးထားတာ ေတြ႕ႏိုင္မွာပါ။ ေဆးရံုတခုကိုေရာက္တိုင္း ျမင္ရတာေတြေျပာရရင္ နာက်င္မႈေတြနဲ႕မေက်နပ္မႈေတြဘဲ ထြက္က်လာလိမ့္မယ္။ စားရိတ္မွ်ေပး ဆိုတာ အဲဒီေဆးရံုေစာင့္ေနတဲ့ ၀န္ထမ္းနဲ႕ သူနာျပဳေတြကို ေျပာတာလားမေျပာတတ္ေတာ့ဘူး။ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႕ေတြရဲ႕အေျခခံ က်န္းမာေရး ေစာင့္ေရွာက္မႈေတြကို မူ၀ါဒ နဲ႕တင္မက လက္ေတြ႕က်က် တိုးတက္ေအာင္ လုပ္ေပးဖို႕ေတာ့လိုေနတာ အမွန္ပါဘဲ။ တေန႕ေတာ့ ျဖစ္လာမွာပါလို႕ေမွ်ာ္လင့္ပါတယ္။ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႕က ေလာေလာဆည္ ရွာႏိုင္ေဖြႏိုင္ေတာ့ ေဆးခန္းမွာ ရွင္းလို႕ရေပမယ့္ အမ်ားစု ဟာ ျပည္သူ႕ေဆးရံုေတြကို အားကိုးေနရတာပါ။ ျပည္သူေတြက်န္းမာမွ တိုင္းျပည္လဲခ်မ္းသာလာမွာပါ။ စိတ္ခ်မ္းသာ ကိုယ္က်န္းမာဖို႕ ဘာဘဲျဖစ္ျဖစ္ ကိုယ့္ ကို ကုိယ္ဂရုစိုက္ၾကဖို႕ေတာ့ လိုတယ္ ဆိုတာ ျငင္းလို႕မရပါဘူး။

အရင္ဆို blog မွ blog ဘဲ။ တေန႕မွာ တခါေလာက္မွ blog ကိုမေရးျဖစ္ရင္ ေခတ္မမွီေတာ့သလို ျဖစ္ေနရာက အခုဆို facebook ကိုတရက္ေလာက္ မ၀င္ျဖစ္လိုက္ရင္ အေနအထားေတြက ေ၀းကုန္ေရာ။ ေနာက္ေတာ့ ပံုေတြ စာတိုထြာေတြ နဲ႕ ေကာမန္႕တိုက္ပြဲေတြ ျပင္းထန္လာတဲ့အထိ facebook က ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႕ ရဲ႕အခ်ိန္ေတာ္ေတာ္မ်ားမ်ားကို ၀င္ယူလုိက္တယ္။ မသိလိုက္မသိ ဘာသာနဲ႕ အလိုလို facebook ကို ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႕ မွီခိုမႈေတြ က ျပင္းထန္လာတယ္။ ဒါကို ကၽြန္ေတာ္သတိျပန္ထား လာမိတဲ့အခါမွာ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႕ရဲ႕ ပါစင္နယ္ အခ်က္အလက္ေတြရဲ႕လံုၿခံဳမႈေတြ အတြက္ ဘယ္လို ကာကြယ္မယ္ဆိုတာကို ေတြးမိတယ္။ သေဘာက အရင္က ဘေလာက္မွာတုန္းက မတင္ျဖစ္ခဲ့တဲ့ အေနအထားအေတာ္မ်ားမ်ား facebook ထဲကို တင္ျဖစ္ေနတယ္။ လႈပ္ရွားမႈေတြ ပံုရိပ္ေတြ အခ်က္အလက္နဲ႕ အေတြးအေခၚအယူအဆ ေတြ။ ဒါေတြက ဘာကိုေဖာ္ျပေနလဲဆိုေတာ့ လူတေယာက္ရဲ႕ စိတ္ေနစိတ္ထား ပတ္၀န္းက်င္နဲ႕ သူ႕ အလုပ္အကိုင္ ၀င္ေငြစတာေတြကို မွန္းေျခ တြက္ ခ်က္လို႕ရတဲ့ အထိ ျဖစ္လာႏိုင္တယ္။

ဒါနဲ႕ဘဲ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႕ေတြ မသိတဲ့သူေတာ္ေတာ္မ်ားကို facebook friend list ထဲကေန ျဖဳတ္ပစ္လုိက္ၾကတယ္။ ဒါလဲ က်န္ေနဦးမယ္ထင္ပါတယ္။ ေနာက္တခုက ကိုယ့္ စာသားေတြ ပံုေတြကို သူငယ္ခ်င္းေတြ ကသာ သိျမင္ေတြ႕ႏိုင္တဲ့ setting ေတြျပန္ခ်ိန္လိုက္တယ္။ ဒါေတာင္ ကိုယ့္ကိုယ္ ကို လံုၿခံဳတယ္လို႕ မထင္ေသးပါဘူး။ ဒါေပမယ့္ ဘာလို႕ facebook ကို သံုးေနရေသးလဲ ဆိုတာ ကိုယ့္ ကုိ ကိုယ္ ျပန္ေမးၾကည့္လုိက္ေတာ့ ဒီကြန္ယက္အေပၚမွာ ကၽြန္ေတာ့္ မွီခိုမႈ ဥပမာ သူငယ္ခ်င္းေတြနဲ႕အဆက္အဆံလုပ္ခ်င္လို႕။ ကၽြန္ေတာ့္ လူမႈေရး နက္ေ၀ါ့ကို က်ယ္ျပန္႕ေစခ်င္လို႕ စတဲ့ အေနအ ထားေတြကို ရပ္တန္႕ေအာင္ မလုပ္ႏိုင္သမွ် ကၽြန္ေတာ္ သံုးေနမိမယ္ထင္ပါတယ္။

ေခတ္နဲ႕ေလ်ာ္ညီတဲ့ အေနအထားတရပ္လဲ ျဖစ္၊ ေကာင္းက်ိဳးလဲ ရွိေနတယ္။ ဆိုးက်ိဳးလဲ တ၀က္ရွိေနတဲ့ ဒီနက္ေ၀ါ့ေတြကို ကၽြန္ေတာ္သံုးေနသမွ် ကာလပတ္လံုး ကၽြန္ေတာ့္ ပါစင္နယ္ အခ်က္ အလက္ အခ်ိဳ႕ဟာ ဒီလိုေနရာေတြမွာ ရွိေနတယ္လို႕ ျဖစ္တည္ေနသမွ် ကာလပတ္လံုး ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႕ ဟာ ဟိုင္းေ၀းလမ္းမႀကီးေပၚမွာ ကားလမ္းျဖတ္ကူးေနတဲ့ သူေတြနဲ႕တူေနဦးမွာပါ။
