I had to right at Taunggyi March 12, 2010 for one of open seminar as IT, the “ICT: Breaking the barriers” its the title of our seminar. E-rider was the name of our team the first seminar and the first trip of  this team. We found the great opportunity on Taunggyi for ICT layer. Many people interest the seminar because of the first time of Taunggyi and the our seminar like discuss workshop. We had the short time for prepare this plan, that is the matter of our seminar. But the seminar was success I think.
